Between 2004 and 2010 I ran a non-governmental project to create non-formal learning experiences for young people, based in Damascus, Syria. This blog sets out some of my thoughts about the project, Syria, being away from home in London, and other stuff.
I was born in Scotland, lived most of my life in London, married with two children. Have worked mostly in museums or cultural organisations, now occasionally consulting.
